Korean food is inclusively called Hansik(한식). Hansik is not only delicious but very healthy for your body. Hansik includes so many kinds of food. Kimchi(김치) is the representative Korean fermented food, and there are other famous Korean foods such as Bulgogi(불고기), Japchae(잡채), Jeon(전), Jjigae(찌개), Bibimbap(비빔밥), etc… Korea also has some very unique food cultures. ①Surasang(수라상): It means Korean royal table. Its rule is very strict and the foods are colorful and well-balanced. ②Goimsang(고임상): It means the shape of Korean foods propped up. Koreans show their respect to seniors by piling up various foods. I hope you can enjoy the beauty and the taste of Hansik through this video~ ^0^

I recognize the scenes from The Grand Chef, and I think I know the series that the historical or royal cuisine showed examples from…but what show or series is the first scene from? The one with that lovely young man pulling those beautiful kimchi from the earthenware jars. My mouth was watering so badly. That whole clip was just gorgeous.
