    the 3 day diet im doing says 10 pounds in three days. you take a few days off then start it back up again

    I started the 3day diet today. You’re so lucky that you lost 18pounds in 2 weeks. I’ve done the 3 day diet and the most I’ve lost is 10pounds in 2 weeks. Anyways I started today and I hope this time I have better luck in losing more weight.

    I’m about to begin the 3-day diet again because it worked so well for me a year ago. I did it for 2 weeks and lost 18 pounds. I was never hungry and I had a lot of energy. It is just plain old healthy eating but I like the regimen and how ordered it is. Nice Vid!
