    I’ve never seen a can of low sodium plain beans – an average serving only contains about 200 MG of sodium, not really an issue compared to say – a TV dinner with 1000+ MG. Also, if you are living an active lifestyle in which you are sweating – you are going to get rid of salt in the body. Also, bananas. They are only about 70 or 80 cents a pound at most, last several days, and that potassium will help with that salt in the beans!
